Privacy policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use the Cult EU club and its Telegram bot, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who we are

Cult EU operates a private poker club on the ClubGG platform (club ID 481817). The operator is [LEGAL ENTITY NAME, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ADDRESS]. Contact for any privacy question: @culteu_support_bot.

What we collect

We do not collect your name, address, phone number, photographs or documents unless a specific payment or compliance check requires it — and if that ever happens, we ask you directly and tell you why.

Who else sees it

ClubGG — the poker platform. Your ClubGG ID and chip movements exist there by necessity: that is where the game happens.
Payment providers — a crypto payment processor handles top-ups and sees the transaction and the wallet address involved.
Telegram — the messenger through which the bot talks to you, under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your data, do not hand it to advertisers, and do not build profiles for anyone else. We disclose data to authorities only where the law obliges us to.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept while your account exists and for the period after closure required for accounting and anti-fraud purposes. Support correspondence is kept for as long as it may be needed to resolve a dispute.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to support and we will answer. Deletion has one limit worth stating plainly: records of money that moved between us cannot be erased on request, because they are also our own accounting records and our defence in a dispute.

Security

Access to the club data is limited to the operator's own staff and the systems required to run it. Crypto payouts are made only to a member's own request, from our own accounts.

Children

The club is for adults. We do not knowingly accept members under 18, and an account found to belong to a minor is closed with funds returned to the source of payment.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we announce it in the club channel @cult_eu before the change takes effect.
