These terms govern your membership in the Cult EU poker club and your use of our Telegram bot. By joining the club you accept them.
Cult EU ([LEGAL ENTITY NAME, REGISTRATION NUMBER, ADDRESS]) operates a private poker club on the ClubGG platform, club ID 481817.
We are the club operator. The poker software, card dealing, random number generation and game integrity are provided by ClubGG and certified independently. Complaints about the game itself are matters for the platform; complaints about your balance, a payout or the club are matters for us.
The club is private and joined by invitation. To be credited, you must connect your ClubGG ID in the bot; without it we cannot tell which member to pay.
Money you send us is credited to your club balance as chips, so that you can play. This is not a bank deposit and not an investment: it earns no interest, and we do not trade it or lend it out. It is there for one purpose — playing in the club.

Chips are credited after the payment is confirmed. If you send an amount slightly below the invoiced one, we credit it in full where the shortfall is minor; a substantial shortfall is reviewed by a person.

Payouts are made to the same person who deposited. We do not send money to third parties — neither to another member, nor to anyone else's wallet.
The play-through requirement exists to stop the club being used to move money rather than to play. If it is not met, we tell you exactly how much rake is still missing.
Rakeback — 40% of the rake you generate, claimed with a button in the bot, once per 24 hours. Payment covers the period since your previous claim.
Referrals — $33 for a friend you invite, paid once the invited player has topped up and played through the same requirement as in section 6. Inviting yourself under another account is fraud, and is treated as such.
Where we find any of this, we suspend the account, void the bonuses involved, and return the remaining balance minus what was gained unfairly. Serious cases are reported to the platform, which may act across all clubs.
You may close your account at any time by writing to support; we pay out the remaining balance subject to section 6. We may suspend an account where section 8 is breached, where the law requires it, or where we cannot establish that the person withdrawing is the person who deposited.
Poker is entertainment, not a source of income. Play only with money you can afford to lose. Write to support and we will set a deposit limit for you, pause your account, or close it permanently — no questions asked and no talking you out of it.
Write to support first: most questions about a balance are settled the same day, because every chip movement is recorded on both our side and the platform's. If we cannot agree, the dispute is governed by the law of [JURISDICTION].
We announce material changes in the club channel @cult_eu before they take effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept them.
